The Welbeck Estate

Stichelton is made in a dairy built into an old brick barn on Collingthwaite Farm on the Welbeck Estate on the northern tip of Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire. The Welbeck Estate is the home to the School of Artisan Food and to a growing number of artisanal food businesses including Welbeck Bakehouse, Welbeck Farm Shop and Welbeck Brewery.
